Castillo & Caturra, washed process
Washed coffee from Pitalito, Huila, grown by single mothers in Castillo and Caturra varieties — an authentic expression of Colombia's coffee tradition.
Madres del Huila is a collective of ten women coffee growers who lead every lot, from selecting the cherries to the washed process. Their experience translates into a consistent, traceable and carefully produced coffee.
